This is a great app with amazing customer service. I had an issue adding the code, and they jumped in immediately to help.
I like it, I didn't know hot to configure it but it was pretty simple with some help. Now I can add personalization boxes to my items! Thank you.
The app works well, it is easy to set up, the CS is responsive and the fix the issue but you have to give them a little bit of time, after everything is set up it works well, the only reason I a giving 4 stars is because for a products called infinite options and not having an option to upload files from a product order then is not so infinite so I will have to get another app which costs money and makes my web a but slower, I would even be happy to pay a bit more and have that option. other than that it works faster than other options.
We really needed this functionality and we were surprised it wasn't built into Shopify. We tried the free version of the app but couldn't find the right place in the template to load the code -it is a custom template so it was a bit different from the instructions.
We went ahead and paid the $20 to have ShopPad load it for us. Best twenty dollars we've ever spent. It was up and running within a couple hours. We love the app and ShopPad has great customer service.

Brilliant customer service. Custom options were overlaying my featured products and was fixed in no time
The help received for this app is great. I think it's easier to add drop down menus. The only problem I have is that there's no option to add the actual colours next to the names as well as calligraphy next to the names - the biggest problem I have is qty's. If a customer buys certain qty's the price goes down, but with this app I cant offer that. No choice for now, I have to start slowly. But staff is very helpful walking me through the procedures needed.
