i use this app to capture customization options for our products. It works exactly as we need it to.

I use this app for custom gift input items like name, gift message etc as well as upgrade options. I've had it for about 3 years now and had no issues. It's really flexible and can cover every scenario I've needed. It's also super reliable and easy to use. Highly recommend it.

I used this app to customize each listing to make ordering easier for my customer and allow me to get all the information I need from handy drop down lists and text fields. Recently I noticed some of my listing order screens did not look how I wanted them and I didn't know how to change it. I contacted the Infinite Options staff and they were quick to respond and they corrected the problem. I gave them permission to go into my shop and they did the work for me in correcting the problem, which was so much easier and less stressful for me. Amazing App and customer service!

App is very easy to download and install. From there it is user friendly and simply coordinates with the Tags of your product.
I had some issues with the way the options were being displayed and when I contacted support they gave clear instructions and helped me fix the problem incredibly fast. Fantastic service and app!

Great app, does exactly what you want it to do. After installing it myself (free) which is fairly straight-froward if you follow all the instructions carefully, I did experience a minor technical difficulty so opted for the paid for installation service which was very professional, quick and everything now works perfectly. I felt it was good value for money for the level of service I received.

Amazing support! We upgraded to a 2.0 theme and the format of the swatch options was a bit off. I submitted a support request, and within a few minutes, our options were displaying exactly as I had hoped. We've used this app for years and it works perfectly for us. Thanks!
