The app works great. We used ShopPad to install it and set it up, which they did in a matter of hours. It has given us a lot of flexibility.

I've had this plugin for 1 day and have been able to make so much progress due to incredible customer service. I was able to get replies in <1 hour during Saturday evening and Saturday night (USA time).

Amazing app that allows personalization and custom fields. We had trouble with how the options looked in our theme's cart and support was super responsive. Highly recommend.
The app is very useful for my business. Their support is responsive and very first class all the way. The MAJOR DRAWBACK that I did not know about: I cannot add the customer's options choices when manually entering an order thru the Shopify admin panel. Since we get orders thru the mail, this is a real drawback. Otherwise, great.
I added an add-on on the products. Alan was fantastic today to help me do that and then it seemed to be glitching so Logan fixed it for me. They were both top notch. I was very impressed with their knowledge and customer service. It would be nice if i could have added this feature on in the cart.
I reached out to customer service and received a helpful and quick response. They were able to guide me with the CSS changes to achieve the result I wanted.
It does the job. I wish there was an option to put the fields more closely to each other or even outright customize the sizes in live preview. Though, I wish it told me the first time that options won't show on express orders (I ran into a order problem because of this.)
