Highly recommend this to anyone who needs to add personalization to the listings. I had a couple questions and customer service got back soooo quickly and resolved all my issues without a hitch.

Very happy with this app! We had an issue where two variants were taking from the same inventory SKU, so we used this to allow the customer to purchase an "add-on" to the product, rather than having the need for a 2nd variant. This was a great solution to our problem. Also, the support received by Mandy, Ahn and Alan was great. They set up the app for a very reasonable fee ($20) to suit our theme, and also made a few additional changes as requested.

We installed Infinite Options earlier this week and have since reached out to them about 4-5 times as we've needed support. Each time we were easily able to chat with someone and receive quick answers to our questions. The team has been super responsive and has offered to add in css coding to style the app to the look and feel of our website to make it 100% useful to us. So far we've added in text, drop down, date, and swatch capabilities and we could not be happier with the service provided. We 100% recommend this app for it's capabilities, but more over for it's amazing customer support.

I used this app to help me create more variant for my product. Customer service is excellent. I reached out to them a lot to get started and I was amazed by the efficiency of their support team. I gave a 4 stars because the app si well developed but still misses some options in order to meet my needs such as the possibility to associate different prices and images to the options sets. Otherwise it's a really good app!!!

I used this app to allow me to create options for our custom gift sets among other products. it is truly dynamic and I can now make my customer's experience simple and visual. Any questions I had or insecurities to dive in were allayed by phenomenal customer support via chat. They went above and beyond to make sure I got it set up the way I wanted. Impressed.
