They answer really fast to emails and try to help the best way they can. They offer a bunch of different ways to fix small issues, and really, they are super nice!!
I needed a more obvious way to ask customers to fill out the gift message. I was recommended this app by multiple people. Upon installation, it became clear that this feature can only be done on the product page and not during check out. The customer service was excellent. They quickly replied to my email saying it wasn't possible and even explained the security risk around it. She then offered to refund the installation fee. I am so impressed by the customer service. A pleasure to interact with. If I needed bespoke amends on a product page I would install it again.
Excellent app for adding additional options for product customisation on a product page. Very useful if your product cant be purchase with a click and requires custom selection of options before adding to cart. Thank you for the App.

Excellent product. I paid the $20 to get installed, because I didn't have time to do it myself. ShopPad had it done, in a couple of hours. This app does everything you need to add extra options to your products. Very easy to use...
Pay the $20 and you'll be up and running within a few hours. Tech support is rock star. I didn't do the free version so can't speak to that.
