Infinite Product Options

Would highly recommend it to a friend. So far, I am not having any trouble creating my drop down menus for my custom jewelry products. Thank you!

I purchased this app to be able to sell skincare sets in my store, it is the third app I am trying- wish me luck! After reviewing the step by step setup guide, I decided to contact the customer help link to advance my process and Anh was amazing. She was very patient and so helpful finishing my installation and getting me started with the product page. Seems pretty straight forward from here.... Their tutorials are very easy to follow and the help window was activated within seconds! Highly recommend the app.

Great app to easily add options. The options won't change the price, which is the reason for only 4 stars. But otherwise, does what its supposed to.

We just started using Infinite Options and it seems to have a lot of potential. I'm not quite getting how to achieve the results I want with one required field, but that's likely due to my lack of time watching tutorials or asking Infinite Options customer support for help. However, 95% of what I needed is on our site and working and I am very happy to have found this solution.

I wanted to like this as it's free compared to "PRODUCT CUSTOMIZER" which costs money. This comes with similar features like allowing you to have more options but it's not as easy to use. You have to go digging around in the code and even then things don't work as smoothly.

- Setting "Required" options did not work. No error message when user didn't set it.

- The custom options make the page refresh again after it's already loaded. The window jumps around which is a little distracting and confusing for users. It seems that the way it's coded, the options aren't cached with their CDN and so part of the options/descriptions loads first before the others do. Really annoying.

The app seems great, it just needs that extra 2% of polish to really work well. I appreciate the effort but will be going back to PRODUCT CUSTOMIZER.

This app got me out of trouble. I love it! Support from Matt was first class...and FAST! There were no issues, rather just an aesthetic issue I had on the listing page that Matt resolved for me.

customer service is just amazing.
I couldn't find where I needed to add the code and they helped me right away.

I definitely recommend this if you can offer different options to your customers.

P.S. I would definitely give 10 stars for customer service if I could.

Would be nice to have a way to show or hide a form element (e.g. menu) when a specific option in another menu is selected.

Maybe you have a Shopify App that can do this?
