Very Bad customer service which leaves you struggle and answers after hours - very frustrating experience: I had to set up the app by myself before figuring out that it doesn't support the most important and basic option which is matching the variants with the prices in Shopify. They say they can customize the options once you set them for 20$ but when you ask them they don't
Installed the app and got stuck at the first hurdle. Jumped on to live chat and Mandy helped me in minutes. She even helped with CSS to get the page looking just how I wanted. Thanks, Mandy!
Five stars first and foremost because of customer service. Wow! I installed the app (which seems to be the most downloaded app on Shopify for product options) and didn't bother to read all the instructions. Ran into some technical problems and had no idea what to do. A quick live-chat with Matt at Infinite Options resulted in him fixing the issue himself within 2 minutes. Now it looks perfect!
It has problems. I can't edit certain fields without it crashing. It also does not show any of the customer's selections on the order confirmation email, which means I have to go into shopify to see what features the customer ordered.
I would pay for a better version of this, but for now I am tempted to just delete it.
OK......After some time spent discussing my issues with tech support regarding the App and discussing my problems that I was having AND getting awesome feedback from Annette AND getting additional information that I needed AND realizing my lack of knowledge...go figure....and with the complete and continued followup by Annette......I would give the TEAM "Annette" an absolute A++++++ and of course ...
Highly recommend. If options are not price-related (use variants) this app is quick easy, nice, and FREE!
