There is support for good number of themes hence you may not need to do any manual changes. If your theme is not in the list they will do the changes for you. Customer service is pretty good. They respond quickly and provide the best possible solution. Only con I found is the limited set of fonts which may not suit your theme. Wish they add more fonts in coming releases. Good luck.
