Customer Service is pretty fast. I just told an issue, described and explained it with screenshots, then it got solved in a few minutes.
Easy to use and customer service is great to work with. I was having an issue getting a discount set up, but after 5 minutes working with their customer service, I was up and running.
This is the best quantity discount app available on the shopify app store. It's highly customizable and if you need help setting it up, they offer super fast support. They helped me get it set up and working properly on Flex theme by Out of the Sandbox in no time at all.

Very simple in use, I had a little issue with the discount table but then there was Pavi for me helping me with this issue, great support :)
We used this app on a couple of our sites to help us with volume discounts. We have constantly had discounts that haven't worked for some customers without us knowing then had to manually check ourselves after complaints, ended up just giving us more work trying to fix the issues. Customer service hasn't been muich help basically saying it's a customer issue when it's supposed to be an automatic discount, that servers were just slow and were being fixed. Still have the same issues.
