The app works for what I want. There is a restriction for shopify discounts applied on top of the volume discounts that is a bit of a downer as it doesn't work with shopify discounts that are specific to certain customer segments / customers but "work aroundable" for my needs. At least, this is clearly flagged as not supported so, people just need to keep it in mind.
The support is very efficient - Extremely quick (I never waited for longer that 5 min for a real person to get back to me) and they genuinely made the effort to address my queries.

I was searching for a volume discount app, found this one and I'm very glad with it. It does wat it should and has everything I was looking for. I needed some help with custom styling, Nivi helped me with that. I had a few questions and she made all the changes within a few minutes. So far I really recommend this one, great app!

I haven't been using this app for long but so far it has solved all my problems. I am able to offer a tiered discount to my customers to entice them to order more. I also can provide specific discounts for my wholesale account holders. What I love most is that even though I have tiered discounts for bulk buying I can still offer a coupon code that my customers can use with the bulk buy discounts!!!! Aaaannnddddd they have an option on how the Shopify discount is applied. It can be taken off the retail price, taken off the discounted price or you can offer the max discount
