PODbazi: Tshirt Product Design

We have used most, if not all, of the customisation apps available on the shopify store. However, this one is the BEST by far. I did the customisation of over 100 different clothing in less than 2 hours as a complete newbie to the app. Any problems I get, I am rest assured that the support team get back to me on that day, whether it's 8am or 8pm, and they are consistent with their work and help us solve any problem we get. Thanks to all at of the team that manage this app - it's a real game changer for all customisation stores

Terrible customer service, they never respond. The app is clunky and works half the time other times doesn't. I do not recommend this garbage. Now I cant get unsubscribed total scam!

These guys are great - app is easy to use (if you can do some simple Photoshop on your graphics ) and the advice and support is 100%.

Support was quick and 100% effective i have no hesitation is recommending this app and this company.

They have been very helpful with installing the app on our store DG Custom Graphics. I had to rebuild the theme on my site because Shopify said the old theme I was using would not support sub drown menus. The app developers for Tshirt & Product Design Studio have been very helpful in getting us back up and running. Advice I would give to other shop owners is be careful with the apps you install. I found out today from Shopify that one of the apps is affecting the drop down menus when you use a cell phone. I think in the past that may have been what happened when this app was not functioning properly and they were good at getting it back up and running.

Their support is good. We were having problem with configuration. They fixed quite easily. Thanks team.

Wow, what can I say except AWESOME!!! We do lots of personalization on slate, tile, hard boards and so much more, Altaf took this program and customized it to our needs, at an exceptional price. The customer service was outstanding and I would highly recommend this app and the developers, if you are looking for an app to work with your site to give your customers the freedom to personalize their products, you just found it!

We wanted to offer simple customisation to a large number of clubs. We relied on the software designer specialist install team but we made a couple of errors, causing the system to fall over. They responded quickly and all is now working as indicated. Note, tell your customers not to try to upload any file over 3mb.

We had a unique situation where we needed this app installed on 2 stores with the exact same settings and products. Support helped us get that done quickly and efficiently.

The design it yourself aspect of the app is great! Loads quickly and allows customer to design a product. Our needs are more complicated and advanced so it may not end up working for us without more customization of app but definitely a great tool for most situations and online store needs. Working with developer to see if our issues can be resolved.
