The app itself is very useful if you have many different variation for shipping, e.g. UK Highland postcodes / rates.

Programming skills are needed, but once you got it, works perfectly.

Amazing app. All the other shipping apps don't have the flexibility that coding does and that's very limiting in most cases, as well as giving you work arounds for solutions instead of a straight one.

You can achieve a lot with this app and would definitely recommend it if you have some coding experience. Unfortunately we've decided to change our shipping policies and we no longer have the need for the app, but I was able to do a lot of testing and it always worked like I intended.

We've only been using the app for a few days, but the service and support from Min really is first class.

Can highly recommend.

Well the work is complete and done to just the way I wanted it. In fact Min made some suggestion which made my site work even more efficient than expected. Min was very thorough in collecting all the data required for doing the work and he never went ahead and did a task without your approval.

Where was he 12 months ago. I would give Min 10 out of 6 if I could.

First, The service is best to none. Min was asking the correct questions all the time. When I did not have the answer he was willing to sit and wait for the correct information. from start to end was just over three week and that was to do with me collecting the relevant shipping rates.

It was not a simple job because the rates had to start with the different factories in china, local transport to dispatch warehouse, Air Courier rates, Airport to airport rates, Dangerous Goods fees, Shipping fees for LCL and FCL, Chinese customs and clearance fees, Australian customs and clearances fees, Brokerages at both ends and the pick up and delivery any where in Australia for small to 40,000kg containers.

We have just turned it on but it was working from the start. today no issues to report of. And by the way, I did try and pay a lot of so call experts around the world over 3 years and go nowhere with them. All Talk but took all the money.

Min set a great fee and was complete in 3 days after giving him all the correct rates and rules to follow.

Want a good job, Get Min onto it.

Hands down best shipping app in app store. Great customer support by Min. Be mindful, this is not an app that works straight out of the box. If you know the shipping rules you want to implement however, than this is for you. It does require coding, which Min did for us. We were up and running within days. Cannot recommend this app enough!

Absolutely Brilliant App. Best investment I will ever make.

The shipping system for the UK by Shopify is shockingly rubbish. I could not split Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, Nothern Ireland and other Isles into different delivery areas as they all have different prices. Shopify recognises the UK as a whole so I can only set up the rates under the UK. I have spent a very very very long time and used many different apps trying to solve this problem until I installed this one. I could set up the rates exactly as I wanted. There are no restrictions. You can code it all yourself or get the devs to do it.

If anyone is having problems setting up rates for the UK, this is the app you need.

There is no question that Shopify's shipping features, or woeful lack thereof, leaves a lot to be desired. After testing a couple other shipping apps, I stumbled across Bespoke. It is the only solution I found that can manage shipping costs for manual and flat-rate, drop-shipped products in the same shipment. It works beautifully.

However, I'd recommend this product for the customer support alone. Min Liu is simply phenomenal.
