CustomCat has great customer service, and fast fulfillment times. The majority of my orders from last Christmas season were delivered on time. If anyone is looking for a fast and a reliable fulfillment partner, CustomCat is your best option.

I had a customer order a product from me but then cancelled 6 hours later. I tried to cancel the order with CustomCat but it was too late. It was not their fault, they're just fast at their jobs. Believe me, that is not a bad thing...especially this time of year. One of their Account Managers called me back and helped me fix the issue. Being a new store and not selling very many shirts through them I thought I might just be written off, but they treated me with respect as if I were a big customer. That says a lot to me about how they value their customers....all of their customers. If you're looking for a print on demand vendor, I would highly recommend giving them a chance.

I have been doing ecom for many years and used dozens of POD suppliers and apps. Customcat is my #1 app for many of my best-selling products, especially when it comes to personalizing items.
I never had any issues with them and customer support is awesome. I can guarantee they will go out of their way to sort out any issue you have.
Delivery times are great and -most importantly - their print quality is SUPERB! They deserve 5 stars for that alone.

I don't write reviews too often, but a few words on Custom Cat...
In the beginning we were highly skeptical about POD as a whole. Custom Cat made it extremely easy to understand and begin doing business, as we use it for our store on Shopify. In particular, Mike B. was instrumental in taking care us via customer service. The company is located in my hometown, so I was actually able to walk in and tour the facility...it's HUGE, and state of the art. They are really getting products out and ready for delivery in the fastest times that we've dealt with, by far. Anyway, highly recommended to the person that is on the fence or coming from another POD company for whatever reason. Hope this helped with your decision.

Customcat is one of the best PRINT ON DEMAND Company out there. Their printing quality is superb. they never let me down. all my customers receive their orders on time and i have never receive any return from my customers. Really enjoying my experience with CustomCat so far. They're one of the only POD companies I've found that does EOD — embroidery on demand. They have a large catalog of products, and great customer service too! I talked to Mike B. today for almost an hour about all sorts of things including a cool feature I didn't know about their app which will save me time loading collections of products to my site. I love the more personal experience they offer (you can actually call them) and will definitely be sending more of my business to them in the future. Recommend you give them a try too!
