Great support and generally a good app but fails for us because it's not possible to set up back in stock alerts that append the brand or vendor name before the product title. I have logged as a new feature request.

Completely agree with the 1 star review below. The app was good until an issue occurred - it wasn't sending out the restock SMS notifications to our customers, which is causing a big loss in sales for us. We've tried to reach out to support twice, 1 guy literally just stopped replying, so we reached out to another guy but he also doesn't seem helpful. Until now we're still unable to send the SMS notifications, and it seems no one is going to fix this issue.

The App serves its purpose. Easy to customize, use, and keep track of all the back-in-stock notification. Highly recommended not just because of the functionality of the app but also due to professional support and assistance being provided whenever required. If you have a lot of products that you are constantly losing sale on because it is out of stock, You need this app.

This app has been great to use so far. There are so many features giving the customers different options to receive a back-in-stock notification with Facebook, email, or SMS. They give you a lot of control over the appearance of the button and the pop-up itself and where it is on the site. I do also like the weekly emails that you get letting you know how much you have made from it. Great product, I would recommend.

Fantastic service from the Appikon team. Customisations were requested to the look of the Back In Stock inline form. These were completed very quickly, with great communication and no fuss to achieve the look we were after. The App itself was easy to install and configure. Highly recommended.
