Avoid this app if you are running a serious business!
Their service completely disappeared from our app dashboard before our major product launch, since we were relying on this service- we had to delay product launch until they fixed it.
Reluctantly, we gave this service another chance after they offered us a discounted price. Today, their system sent out false notifications to our customers because the inventory count on some of our items went from 0 to -1 (NEGATIVE ONE)
We now have to spend HOURS telling our customers that the notification they just received was a false alarm. No way to put those customers back on a notify list, to make things worse, we are sure our customers lost faith in the notify feature all together at this point! Using this app was a devastating hit to our new business.
FIRST REVIEW: Okayyyyy blown away by this app! Personalized support in the middle of the night, custom coding things for me. this app is awesome and with the best customer support! It's going to bring a lot of extra revenue in from lost out of stock sales too. Really excited about it! Way prettier and better easier to use interface than the competitors (I download several similar apps and this one seems way better than the others) UPDATED REVIEW:
after initial setup, customer service has actually been horrible. the emails are not sending to customers and they keep saying that the development team will look into it, but never getting back to me. I check in every single week about it and never get a response. Week after week they tell me "the development team hasn't gotten back to us yet, I'll let you know when they do" And yet I'm still being charged every month for a service that is not working. Not a single email is being sent out. I was really hopeful about this but losing hope that it's something that can even work.
Very helpful and responsive, walked me through all the steps to transfer over from our out restocking app!

A completely fuss-free app that does what we want to do without all the added bells and whistles of other apps. Excellent customer support, too! They always reply instantly and all our issues get fixed super quickly.

I just downloaded it but so far, so good. The support team is great and responsive. It does everything that it needs to and I love the ability to use SMS/Text as well as facebook messenger.
