This is a great app to use for small businesses. I would definitely recommend this to online eCommerce stores.
I have yet to see better customer service for an app! I needed help setting up and had a million annoying Qs - that too on a Sunday morning! - and they immediately set me up with everything - going out of their way to accomodate my requests - all of this on the free plan! I'm encouraged to upgrade to the paid plan.

I used this app to notify customers when a back in stock item has been added back to inventory. I love it because it's user friendly and increases my conversions that otherwise could have been missed! The customer service is awesome!!!

We contacted Back In Stock support to implement the Notify when available midget on the product collection page, a theme modification was needed which they've done for us the same day.
