Very easy to set up and use. We had an enormous volume to handle and it made a lot of sense to quickly install and use the app, and with minimal setup it worked perfectly.

This app does exactly what you would expect from a Restock Alert App. I haven't yet found something I wanted to do that this app could not. It's also really reasonably priced, something that's really valuable nowadays with all the super expensive apps popping everywhere. Customer Support is also super responsive and friendly. I only have great things to say about this app.

So far so good! Everything was fairly intuitive to setup and the customer service was great. Our Shopify theme was not listed as compatible but the support team quickly checked it out and made it work perfectly.
I have been using the App for about a year and while the functionality works well there were a few appearance customisations I wanted to do to the signup form. I used Back In Stock Live Chat and received a response within 10 seconds! As I am not familiar with CSS Zia offered to do the alterations on my behalf as a gesture of goodwill and everything was completed within 5 minutes, with me at one end checking the amendments were to my liking. This is extremely good 5 star service, thank you again Zia.
We have been using this App for over a year now and it is working very well. We are getting a lot of people coming to the store after learning that the product they wanted is available. Great and effective way to know what people want and alert customers to restocking.
