Absolutely essential app for shopify stores if you don't want to lose sales because of temporary out of stock of certain products. Very responsive support and documentation.
The customer service is unmatched and the app itself is super intuitive and easy to use. About to do a restock on my shop and I'm super excited to see how it goes with everyone getting the back in stock alerts.

Using "Back in Stock" app has created a frenzy of orders when we drop inventory (vs. having a pre-order on the site while we are out). Their support is extremely responsive and helpful. Highly recommend! We'll never go back to using pre-orders ... sold out of a whole container of inventory in 72 hours on our US site.
