The application is great and responds to a problem I had with my business (Stock that is often renewed), the customer service was quick to respond when I could not do something. Nothing to say perfect!
We started using Back in Stock alerts nearly a year ago and have been impressed with the results. Our customers no longer have to check back in to see when product is available for purchase. Sales for the items we receive into our system begin immediately with this app.
The team at Appikon are responsive to Help requests & feature/upgrade suggestions. No APP is ever 100% perfect for all Users but I feel thats the target for this group. Cheers
