I needed help adding personalization to a listing and this app did it. I had no clue how to use the app but I contacted support and they fixed everything so quick and made it so easy!! This app is amazing and so is the customer service
I recently had an issue with a product(on trial version) , and I was impressed with the quick response and resolution that I received!
They were able to resolve the issue in a timely manner and I was very satisfied with the outcome. I will definitely purchase the app.
This app is easy and simple to use, I did have to contact support to get the "Is Required" option to work. However, support did get right back to me and fixed the issue within a couple of hours. Obviously it would be a little better if I didn't have to contact support in the first place.
The App is quite basic, but just what I needed: more than 100 options on one product. Price is great, customer service amazing! I´m very happy with it

It's a simple personalization for my customers that look very clean.
I used the customized theme, so I contacted the support team for installation. They respond pretty quick and solve the problem in less than an hour. Thanks so much for the help.
