I needed a solution to be able to charge different weight-based shipping rates according to postcode.
At first, I thought it was going to be complicated so reached out to support and Philip was very helpful. It turned out being a very simple process to setup and I was just way overthinking it.
CustomShip is going to save us time and money.

I have now paid several months for an app $ 10 a month, which can do less than this free app. The settings are a little confusing at the beginning, at least if you read them in German, but the support has everything I did not understand very much quickly explained. am absolutely thrilled and can only recommend it!

I used the app to add an extra shipping option for my customers in order to make a workaround for COD charges. PERFECT APP. Easy to use and finally resolved an issue i have been struggling to solve since i first launched my shop. THANK YOU FOR THIS APP WHICH IS FREE AS WELL !!!!!!!

Installed the app, Does exactly what we needed! Being able to make weight AND price range options for one shipping method is a much needed feature and this app does it effectively.

It saved me stress and the company cash (which helps a lot!)

This helped me customize my shipping rates exactly how I wanted it! Now I don't have to worry about under or overcharging for certain items, or restrict certain shipping methods for certain items. Took a while to get the hang of it but overall an amazing app. I don't know why Shopify doesn't have something like this already built into their shipping system. This app was perfect for restricting orders based on vendor locations and the interface was easy to use as well. Their team was also very fast and professional at responding to one of our support inquiries. Would recommend!

I can not believe this app is free. I don't have a complicated shipping set up, but as simple as it is, I couldn't get the built-in features in Shopify to accommodate me. I didn't want to pay a monthly fee for a shipping app. This app really allows you to have a lot of flexibility in establishing shipping settings -- where you ship, how you charge, and under what circumstances you charge. It seems a little daunting at first, but it's really very simple to use once you spend 5 minutes looking at the instructions!! More importantly, customer service is EXTREMELY responsive. I've used paid apps that have less customer service than this free one.

Really good and easy to use shipping app. Especially useful since you can set up shipping parameters based on product sku, as well as based on postal/zip code. prompt customer support.
