Very useful APP, definitely recommend. They are also very fast in responding to emails and requests. They were able to do small changes within the same day Itself.
I am using their return management services Very Simple, value for money product as compared to other products in the market for the Indian customers .they integrate with delivery/bludart/Ecom Express/Xpressbees and many other shipping partners. UI is basic but nice

Their customer support service will respond quickly. I contact Chetna ma'am whenever I am stuck. She is incredible. She has always patiently answered my questions
