Recomiendo la aplicacion primero por el soporte (pese a la diferencia horaria) me atendieron fuera de su horario de trabajo. El equipo es muy amable y siempre estan innovando en nuevas funcionalidades con la comunidad, los precios estan excelentes comparado con la competencia. Y la posibilidad de integrar todos los canales posiblesen una sola plataforma lo convierten en un todo en uno!!!

Absolutely love DelightChat for customer service. The integration was seamless and simple, and the UI is easy to use. I also like that they have autoresponders which helps offset the labor of sending the same email over and over. Pricing is great for all the features you receive.
Their support staff is incredibly responsive and very receptive to my suggestions. There are some features I would love to see - search functionality, multi-select for closing and tagging, exporting of emails, and ability to send custom mass emails.

One word for DelightChat, Game Changer. Absolutely focussing on providing the best customer experience with literally the most seamless & user friendly UI we have seen yet. We currently handle over 3k orders daily and we have tried almost every customer support tool out there but we wanted something custom suited to our operations and to handle the high volume of tickets across multiple channels and that is where these guys stepped in. The team is very agile and the most amazing part is, whenever there is a blocker, their whole team steps in and solves it almost instantly.
