I use the app for sending out automated mags for confirming order and shipping information etc and also for promotional messages. One problem is that sometimes it does not give the correct information to the customer regarding the order. Otherwise this app has helped me a lot in promoting my business and increasing the sales. Been using DC for a couple of months now. It's really helped me streamline all outward WhatsApp related communication - be it order updates, or cart recovery reach outs!. Highly recommend for any business looking to get an automated WhatsApp CRM tool. It does have a bit of a learning curve. but once you get past that, it's a great app to have in your Shopify arsenal.
