We've been using Delightchat for about two years now, for all our communications starting with customer service and we needed a super efficient manager and this one has proven to be up to the task in terms of functionality and prompt response from the team in case of difficulties (Priya and Balaji in our case and thanks!)

Broadcasts and Automations to Mexican numbers had a bug due to some Meta issues but customer services from DelightChat help was superb and fixed the issue in less than 2 weeks. I want to thank Priya for her help. I believe the app is very useful with great features, and even though it seems they are still developing new features and some of them may need to be updated/fixed they have a great customer service via whatsapp group and will help you with any issue you may come across.
