Super easy and quick to install on the site. I had small technical issue and Dan emailed me back instantly and the problem was solved in less than 12 hours. Really pleased
easy to install, compared to other similar apps, i would just add a more minimal look and the emojy
I have tried other dispatch timer apps but all have either struggled to keep time reliably or are far more complex than needed. Delivery Timer still has a couple of features missing preventing it being the 'perfect' dispatch countdown app, but support is efficient and appears to be open to user requests.

Our pricing simply reflects the value we offer with Delivery Timer. It is outlined clearly on our pricing page and in the confirmation charge all our merchants accept before accessing Delivery Timer. We feel your 1 star review is a harsh reflection of this however we will take it in our stride :)
Whilst it can be a tricky concept for some merchants to understand, Delivery Timer results in increased conversions, helps to manage customer expectations and reduces customer service.

Wow Super fast response helping us install this app. Ran into a display problem and these guys were on it. This app is a must have for your store. Very clean and customizable.
The app does not work as it should, definitely needs some improvements. Poor, unhelpful support. More reliable apps are available at the better price.

Apologies that the app did not meet your expectations fully. Our support team did respond to your initial query regarding the hiding of the timer with a video demonstration. As you stated you had uninstalled the app, we closed the ticket.

I initially gave 5 star but after using it for a while, 3 stars is the most I can give it. Good app but very limited and price is a bit high for just showing a timer. I offer next day delivery with a cut off time of 3pm for majority of customers in the uk. However there are a small number of areas in the UK where I cannot send orders next day, the timer cannot be adjusted for these customers and still shows next day delivery for them as well. Also international customers will also see message for next delivery which I don't offer. The app definitely needs improvement and if they can implement this change, it will definitely be a 5 star rated app and will be worth the money. As it is, it is not great and expensive. I am considering uninstalling the app.
