Delm (short for delivery message) helps you to show the estimated delivery date and order deadline (delivery timer, shipping timer) on your product pages.

FAQ

Q: Is Delm compatible with my theme?

Delm works with all legacy and OS 2.0 Shopify themes. We are currently working on a theme app extension for OS 2.0 themes and expect to release it in the coming months.

In rare cases it is necessary to adjust the position of the delivery message because our default setting might not work with your theme.

Q: Is the app connected to shipping carriers like UPS or DHL?

The app is not connected to any third party shipping carriers. Please read our getting started guide at delm.io.

Q: How accurate is IP geolocation?

Countries and regions are detected with very high accuracy by our IP geolocation provider.

Unfortunately, the detection of cities is too imprecise and therefore not suitable for setting delivery times at this level.

Q: Is it possible to configure delivery times based on postcodes?

No, this is currently not possible.

Q: Does the app leave any unused code in my theme that I need to remove manually?

No, we do not modify or create any theme files. In fact, the app does not even have permissions to access your theme files.

Q: Is Delm partner-friendly?

Yes, stores on development plan and Shopify Staff stores can use our app for free.
