Inxpress has been great, if not for them we wouldn't use DHL, we made our rep aware of problems that UPS and USPS had with their apps and how they claim there is nothing that can be done to fix the problems and we get an email a month or so later with this app and it solves every problem we had experienced.

I have been very impressed with InXpress. Their team has also been an exceptional partner for our business - James has called me on multiple occasions to provide suggestions and guidance on how to navigate the international shipping marketplace. We still have some work to do to refine our shipping strategy, but I am confident that InXpress will be part of our long-term solution.

Great app! The ability to run real time rates within shopify for our international customers really was a game changer for us across our business not only from a financial impact but customer satisfaction as well. This is a MUST HAVE if you are shipping internationally.

I have been a customer with InXpress since 2016. When the app update was introduced this year, everything started to go downhill. This year the app has been inconsistently returning rates to my customers that were $10-20 cheaper than the actual label purchase price. Before my holiday season started, I reached out in September of 2019 to troubleshoot the issues- and for 3 months I have had more headaches and problems with this app than any other service or app I have ever used. Customer service has been sloppy, slow, and honestly downright harmful to my business.

Corbin and Howard asked for access to my shopify store to check the backend of the app and Shopify settings to make sure it was reinstalled properly after they reinstalled the app in early December. I have a record of 3 logged visits from them, where someone with InXpress logins altered all International UPS rates, so my international customers were not seeing any of the lower rates offered by UPS. They also forgot to turn the DHL app back on, so for 5 days during my busiest period, international customers were not seeing any international rates at checkout. I spent about an hour chatting with the helpful support folks at Shopify who were able to pinpoint the problem as being an issue with InXpress, and also let me know my UPS rates had been altered. While InXpress was down, I turned on Shopify DHL rates to make them available to my customers. Corbin, or someone on the tech end with access turned off all my Shopify DHL rates without my permission, when I alerted them to the problem of their app not returning rates.

This has been such a shocking experience that InXpress would tamper with any shipping rates in my shop, let alone competitors rates without my permission is inexcusable. DHL has been great for my business and my international customers love the service, but InXpress is not honest, transparent or reliable at all.

This app is very useful in so many ways. The real-time shipping calculations is a huge time-saver. Plus you will receive the top notch service that DHL brings to the table, which means FAST, reliable delivery of your products, and that means happy customers. But the two best things about the InXpress app/service are the greatly discounted unbeatable rates that you get (which also means happy customers), and the support from the InXpress team. I can't say enough good things about them. James is an absolute pleasure to work with. Any time I had a concern or an inquiry, I knew James had a solution. He is a kind person and a go-getter. Speaking with him, it was clear that he was attentive, focused and he took my concerns/questions/requests seriously. Just for what James brings to the table, and the peace of mind knowing that with this app we have him on our team, I would pay a monthly fee for our InXpress service. It's worth it. But fortunately, the app is free.

InXpress is streamlined to work with ShipStation, which isn't free after the free trial, but with the amount of money saved on your DHL rates through InXpress, and the huge benefit of having their staff on your team, you can't afford to pass this one up. If you ship internationally, GET THIS APP. This is a WIN.

Very disappointing and a waste of time. After months of working with InXpress relationship turned out to be a big dude. The goal was to grow our international business with promises of great savings.

The actual DHL Shipping Cost were 33% to 50% higher impacting customer experiences and was disruptive to our business.

The sales staff was very aggressive to provide logistic service where cargo shipments were considered. InXpress was an option for cargo shipping solution with UK contact and shipping was even worse.

First we worked on air cost of small bulk shipments which seemed to go well until boxes began arriving mangled. Bulk shipments were even worse where boxes were missing and damaged with missing units which took months to get reimbursed for lost shipments.

The straw that broke the camels back came when freight was passed off to freight forwarder where the UK and US office refused to work together and clear the goods, shipped the goods to Chicago when our warehouse is outside of Pittsburgh and added $1000+ to shipment cost.

The US office claimed they did not work with accounts which were not regular accounts where the UK office claimed this was a regular account but regular accounts might be different by franchise. WHAT? The response is not reflective of a global logistics provider.

We reached out to the company to speak to CEO or Senior Executive and were told by our contact person she was his daughter and it is what it is.....

InXpress is not a wise choice for e-commerce or any shipping solution.

I recently discovered that our DHL rates direct from Shopify and Shipstation were actually cheaper than InXpress. When I called to cancel my InXpress account, the rep asked me to send in some example shipments. Knowing this dude had done nothing on our behalf for the past 4 years, I kindly declined and asked him to close the account. He was extremely rude and refused to close the account, saying he "had to ask DHL". I ended up having to call InXpress corporate to complain.
Bottom line, if you like dealing with huckster salespeople, InXpress is the company for you. If you prefer having no BS in you life, just use the Shopify rates.

Lots of new problems I never had:
1) customers complain about paying customs duties. Apparently they weren't charged when I used USPS.

1.5) customers seem to be overcharged for the customs fees. I think this has to do with how the description of the item is being pulled from shipstation. In a few cases, the customer has had to pay as much in customs duties as they paid for the product. Perhaps there is something wrong with what I'm doing. I wish I could figure this out, and I'm trying to. I wish InXpress could make this easier for me.

2) I think InXpress doesn't work so well with shopify and shipstation, there have been some errors there and confusion

3) DHL pickup people don't understand that these packages use paperless customs forms, so they sometimes reject the packages when I try to drop them off.

4) The time it will take to arrive is displayed at checkout. The problem is, it's way too fast, it's not accurate, so it sets wrong expectations, and there's no way to change it.

5) InXpress people send me to DHL customer service, which knows nothing about InXpress, so it's hard to get questions answered.

6) The shipments are SO EXPENSIVE that if something goes wrong, now I've got a lot more money invested in this problem. International shipments tend to have issues anyway, but since they are now 2-3 times more expensive than USPS First Class International (which is lame and super slow, but cheap), the risk is a lot higher.

7) I get invoices from DHL and they say I need to pay them. But they should be getting paid through shipstation. I've called about this a couple times and they haven't gotten back to me.

However, it is nice that shipments get there lightning fast. Perhaps if I can figure out why my customers are being charged huge customs fees and find a way to mitigate that, this will be a great option.

The app is great. Shipping by DHL is fast.

I would suggest call them for faster service as they are very helpful over the phone.
