Although I haven't officially set up my products yet, I had to chat with Leo tonight to get my account verified and to ask some questions. He was one of the nicest people I ever spoke with and I look forward to BIG Digital Downloads Products handling my business needs. I should have things up and running sometime this week. If I have to, I'll change my review...but I sincerely doubt that'll be happening.

Leo is super responsive and the app is very easy to navigate, even as a beginner. The free plan limits are also much greater than comparative apps.
Had a little trouble getting the app configured so contacted support. Within a few minutes Leo had me up and running. The app works flawlessly as advertised.
Great App - user-friendly and good functionality - does everything I need it to at an affordable price. And amazing support & customer service - highly recommended!
