Faced a small problem on my end and contacted the support team for help. The problem was solved very quickly and as it turned out later I was communicating directly with the creator of the app, who is very nice to talk to and responds quickly

" update " - Got a reply from programmer, and helpful in trying to fix the issues. For that I give high rating, and will update the comment once the problems are fixed. Since still paid for the function. Just installed the app, has potential, but encountered few issues and can't seem to get a response from support. 1. Can't save setting
2. Can't download file via email link
3. File size too big also hangs
