This app is a great helper for creating discounts. I recently integrated the Discounty app into my Shopify store, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. This app has made offering discounts and deals to my customers a breeze. The user-friendly interface and seamless integration with my store have streamlined the process of creating and managing discounts.
I can't say enough good things about the team thus far. I had some questions about how the sales campaign was displayed in addition to a few other questions. I submitted my request on a Saturday, not expecting any sort of response. Instead I received a very quick response and communication throughout the weekend. Weekend communication is never expected unless I feel it is an urgent matter. This was not urgent in my opinion, but Melika continued to communicate and help get a sale ran with some of the requests I had made. She was very straightforward and thorough. I look forward to working with Discounty as we go.
