I just got the app and am excited to use it! Everything seems simple and easy manage. Their customer support is amazing and they helped me with ease on fixing the issues and complications I was having.

Discounty is amazing! I was able to get a site-wide sale up quickly and efficiently. The app is super easy to use and the customer support is amazing. There is always someone there to help in less than 5 minutes. Melika was particularly helpful to me. I highly recommend this app!

I can't say enough good things about the team thus far. I had some questions about how the sales campaign was displayed in addition to a few other questions. I submitted my request on a Saturday, not expecting any sort of response. Instead I received a very quick response and communication throughout the weekend. Weekend communication is never expected unless I feel it is an urgent matter. This was not urgent in my opinion, but Melika continued to communicate and help get a sale ran with some of the requests I had made. She was very straightforward and thorough. I look forward to working with Discounty as we go.

Very cool feature for small shops. You need to take care of number of products an variants otherwise you leave the free plan very quickly. For bigger shops its makes sense to book bigger package from beginning! Support was amazing within few seconds to install and lead trough how to set up a campaign.

UPDATE: Way too many technical issues. It would freeze in the middle of changing prices and you can't do anything about it. The last time it froze, I had to manually reverse the price changes in the middle of a big sale while customers messaged me asking why they couldn't get the sale. Not worth all the technical issues and the headache.
I recently set up this app and I've been very happy with the ease of setup and the responsiveness of the chat support. The extra help and prompt responses go a long way! I would like to see the option of buy x get y deals added to the app in the future and bundle deals in order to make it a full-service app. They seam ready to improve the app frequently.
