Dripshipper: US Dropshipping

Terrible customer service. Never answering emails and they give us any suggestion about shipping cost and products details.

I have to say so far Danny and dripshipper has been fantastic, even though I am still early in setting up my store, Danny has been great at answering questions. I ordered some samples and just received them and the first one I tried was delicious, Rwanden medium roast.

Great app for anyone that's always dreamed of having very own small business from home or just their own consumer product without having to provide any start up costs or inventory fees! Their customer support is unprecedented providing me and my team with excellent service for the plethora of questions we've had in order to help us achieve a faster growth and develop our brand even further! The support I have received thus far has been excellent. Everything is transparent and easy to understand. My only suggestion would be more label options (perhaps in color) and possibly better coffee information (exact sourcing information). Other than that, its an awesome app! Bravo!

I'm pleased with the app so far and Danny is very responsive to questions. I think it has so much potential to be a great dropshipping tool in the coffee niche.

I'd like to see more features implemented, such as custom labels and international shipping (they are working on it). I'm not selling yet, just getting started so I cannot talk about the coffee quality or customer feedback.

I'd like to see descriptions improved. They are very short and do not offer sufficient information. Knowing about the bean quality (AA - AAA and so on), process (hand-picked, sun-dried, washed, etc.), caffeine levels and variant recommendations for customers who have no idea (light, medium or dark roast depending on the type) would make things easier. Mockups are also much needed!
