My order needed mapping and I could not do it without help, so on conducting D'sers Chat Alice took time to find a solution for the problem. She took me through the process step by step and shown me how to map my orders. Without her I could not have done it. She was very nice and professional. I so appreciate your help. Lord have mercy I was feeling defeated this evening but luckily I was connected with someone who was patient, knowledgeable and sincere. I was able to figure out what was happening with my store and i'm extremely grateful for the level of customer that i received. I had contacted someone else earlier and they could not help me at all but this person figured it out and i just wish them nothing but goodness.
