Beware of DSers' refund tactics. They promised a full $49.90 refund, but only returned ~$40—shorting the total by deducting $7.48 in "Shopify fees" and $1.45 in "processing fees."
When confronted, they refuse to take accountability and continuously tell you to ask Shopify for reimbursement. Shopify confirmed directly that they held zero dollars from this transaction and that DSers is solely responsible for processing the remaining balance. Rather than resolving a clear mistake, DSers support sends you in endless loops hoping you'll give up over a small amount. Extremely unprofessional service.
DSers has made managing our Shopify dropshipping orders much easier. The app is user-friendly and makes it simple to import products, manage multiple suppliers, map variants, and process orders in bulk. It saves us a lot of time and keeps everything organized. Their customer support is also responsive and helpful whenever we have questions. Highly recommended for Shopify stores using AliExpress!

What a gem i found! i got the help i needed to figure out how to map my products, looks pretty easy. I got great support getting the help i needed. The information even helped me to upgrade to map out more products! I'm glad to have a better supplier now tat actually have the products customers want! Who can ask for anything more?

Dsers agent was very co-operative, she helped me solve my frustrating advanced formula issue, which was calculating my selling prices at losses because the formula did not add the shipping cost to the total cost, this was happening because the formula did not show the exact name of the shipping method. But I suggested to at least warn the user that the shipping cost is not being calculated and to have the option to include it before pushing the item to the store.

I have no idea what I am doing when it comes to dropshipping and how to get that set up. DSers messenger featured connected me with an agent who walked me through what to do to set up, mapped it for me, and how to connect accounts/applications. Great company to do business with!! They are an amazing company and I am so glad I use them for my business. They were available for help in the afternoon on Memorial Day (Monday) when everyone is out at bbq's. They helped me through something that was confusing and hard to figure out. They were there every step of the way. I just couldn't believe the level of customer service. I was so appreciative. And I recommend them to anyone starting a dropship / e-commerce business.
