Never received my products. I spent almost $300 on an order through my own shop. I never received my order and it's been two years and the issue is still not resolved. I contacted Shopify who said it was an issue for Dsers to handle. Dsers did not help me figure out the issue. They did not even respond to several messages through their messenger or email. Because of their lack of action to resolve my problem I am shutting down because at this point they are making money and I am not. Good luck to anyone who chooses to use this company for their store.

Dsers agent was very co-operative, she helped me solve my frustrating advanced formula issue, which was calculating my selling prices at losses because the formula did not add the shipping cost to the total cost, this was happening because the formula did not show the exact name of the shipping method. But I suggested to at least warn the user that the shipping cost is not being calculated and to have the option to include it before pushing the item to the store.

The customer service was excellent. I had a problem when a customer placed two separate orders on Shopify. The data transferred to Dsers was corrupted. I contacted Dsers support. In just 15 minutes, with meticulous guidance, my problem was solved. Before that, I had spent two days struggling with it myself. Thank you very much, Dsers.

Had a major issue with order cancellations that I couldn't solve on my own. The support team was patient, professional, and found the solution quickly by helping me switch to a better-linked account. Everything is working perfectly now, and my orders are finally going through. Highly recommend DSers not just for the app, but for the amazing support team!

Great company to do business with!! They are an amazing company and I am so glad I use them for my business. They were available for help in the afternoon on Memorial Day (Monday) when everyone is out at bbq's. They helped me through something that was confusing and hard to figure out. They were there every step of the way. I just couldn't believe the level of customer service. I was so appreciative. And I recommend them to anyone starting a dropship / e-commerce business. Oh and their staff is so friendly too. And this isnt the first time I have needed customer service. Every time they respond extremely quickly and they give screenshots and are so helpful. Thank you so much to them! I am a happy cusomter!

I got support from DSiers person named Kimi, I was asking for help when prices in DSiers dropshiping online-store had changed, and also when providers sku products were out of stock and I got enough information to start working on it. I do really appreciate all the help I got.

Edited. I had to give a lower point because there was not a clear understanding about what to do when a provider SKU was out of stock. I tried to do it an instead of finding a way I deleted a product from 'My Product' list.

I end up deleting several products because not enough information was given to replace products out of stock. Many times, variants were in red and impossible to set them or to save.
