We've been using Dsers for years, and today's update is the worst I've experienced.
From our perspective, the UX team has completely missed the mark with these changes. The update feels like it adds more clicks, more clutter, and more friction to a process that previously worked.
For businesses handling a high volume of orders per month, speed and clarity are critical, and the previous layout felt much more streamlined and practical for day-to-day operations.
DSers has been a very reliable and efficient tool for managing dropshipping orders. The platform makes order processing and supplier mapping straightforward, saving a lot of time and reducing errors. What truly stands out is their customer support team—responsive, patient, and always willing to assist with detailed solutions, especially for issues like product sourcing and BOGO mapping. Overall, DSers has greatly improved my workflow and order management experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone running a dropshipping business.
The customer service was excellent. I had a problem when a customer placed two separate orders on Shopify. The data transferred to Dsers was corrupted. I contacted Dsers support. In just 15 minutes, with meticulous guidance, my problem was solved. Before that, I had spent two days struggling with it myself. Thank you very much, Dsers.
