I had a great experience working with Layla while trying to navigate AliExpress and the DSers app. Honestly, the process was very confusing and involved so many moving parts. I was able to successfully place an order, but the whole process felt pretty choppy, and I’m definitely not a fan of how complicated it can be.
That being said, Layla was absolutely wonderful! She was patient, knowledgeable, kind, and took the time to help me work through everything without making me feel overwhelmed. Having someone like her there to guide me made a frustrating process much easier.

DSers makes managing my dropshipping orders much easier. The interface is simple, product importing is quick, and bulk order processing saves me a lot of time. Customer support is also responsive and helpful whenever I need assistance. Highly recommended for Shopify dropshipping!

Nikki did a great job of helping me today. The only issue I have is that there is no manual sync button to keep your collections synced to Shopify. This should happen automatically but only one sub-collection got added. They are working on the problem.

What a gem i found! i got the help i needed to figure out how to map my products, looks pretty easy. I got great support getting the help i needed. Dsers agent was very co-operative, she helped me solve my frustrating advanced formula issue, which was calculating my selling prices at losses because the formula did not add the shipping cost to the total cost, this was happening because the formula did not show the exact name of the shipping method. But I suggested to at least warn the user that the shipping cost is not being calculated and to have the option to include it before pushing the item to the store.
