The app can be quirky (because it's web-based). However, I had some very specific question I couldn't figure out about the app, but I requested help over Messenger and within a couple minutes Cyril was able to help and answered every question, helping me solve my original question and even troubleshot my issues himself. When i faced problem using the DSers, the support is 24/7 and able to guide me to solve my problem, patiently and politely guide me thru until my problem resolved. I can even ask a second and third questions for my other shopify store, the supporter is very knowledgable to help. Highly recommended.

DSers refused to honor its own published refund policy for unused annual subscriptions. I had 8–9 months unused, placed no orders through DSers, and requested a partial refund. Support denied it based on undocumented “system / fiscal year” rules that do not exist in their Terms of Service or refund policy, then closed the ticket without a refund.

Their customer service is extremely attentive, patient, and high quality. The app also makes it very easy to find the perfect suppliers for the products needed on your store! Very good app for dropshipping!
