DPO Dynamic Product Options

This app is a lifesaver send Shopify doesn't provide any type of traditional custom options. and the great thing about this app is that it can use templates which is great for having thousands of products associated with one template instead of having to change the options a thousand times.

this developer is great even when we used them for Magento and they ported their DPO up to Shopify where it's been great.

The DPO developer team is always fast to solve problems and this app also has a support ticket system in the Shopify admin which is very convenient and allows them to quickly solve any issues.

I can’t believe I haven’t reviewed this app sooner. Dynamic Product Options is one of the most powerful and capable apps I use on my Shopify store, and I depend on it daily.

More than that, I depend on Roman. In this case, the developer really is part of the product.

This app can handle everything from simple product options to extremely complex custom configurations. If you need granular control, this is the app. Every option, on every page, allows for CSS and custom input, which is rare and incredibly valuable.

Roman is a very capable developer with a deep, old-school, database-driven level of technical understanding. He can guide you through almost anything you need to accomplish.

That said, this is not a lightweight “click-click-done” app with a breezy interface. It does require time and patience, especially if your setup is complex. The documentation is extensive and technical, but the power is there if you’re willing to learn it.

I always come back to the same conclusion: this app is indispensable to my store. If you need serious control over product options, and you want support from someone who truly understands the system he built, Dynamic Product Options is excellent.

Level of service and support is so good. I use this app on 3 sites. If you find parts a little tricky you just contact support and boom, done. Its hard to find this level of support. The app has all you need for calculations and more.
