DPO Dynamic Product Options

Impressive range of possibilities, and pretty user-friendly considering how flexible it is. However, what really blew us away was how responsive and helpful the support is! Big thanks to Roman for showing us how to get the exact behavior we wanted!

The app is excellent - support is also very good and there is no end of possibilities available with bespoke items and things that would normally be hard in Shopify - 5 stars all day long

This app is absolutely fantastic. I previously used other apps that turned out not to be suitable for my webshop, so I was hesitant to try another similar one. After testing, it became clear that this is the app for pricing formulas! My conversion rate has more than doubled.

This is our 3rd website using DPO and we love it. Commercial office furniture has a huge amount of complexity with all the possible options and DPO is the only app we know of that can cover all our option needs. If we have any issues which is usually theme related, Roman is quick to resolve them for us. He definitely goes above and beyond.

We used this app for over 3 years. Early on, it helped solve real customization needs. However, its core implementation is now outdated. The app creates real Shopify variants (D#) that are hidden in Admin UI but persist via APIs, carts, feeds, and Google Shopping. These variants pollute product data and cannot be reliably cleaned. Support denied responsibility and only suggested workarounds. We are forced to rebuild every affected product to fully remove the legacy data. One star due to unresolvable technical debt and lack of effective support.

Highly recommend this app! We've been using it for a long time, and it's perfect for our products with heavy customization options. Roman has been extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process, even providing custom JavaScript to meet our requests.

Excellent app with fantastic support. Very accomodating to make custom changes and tweaks to get it working how we need. Once it is initially set-up the options are endless and the app is very powerful for all sites requiring advanced custom product options.

Without this app we would not be able to offer all of the size and quantity-based pricing for our custom printed products. The ITORIS Support rep was extremely helpful and saved us tons of time and money while providing the user experience that we were looking for.

I would recommend this product over other products simply for the great customer service. I am not a technical expert or engineer and having a support team be highly responsive has been the #1 reason why I've enjoyed using DPO and will likely continue to do so. Roman is on the other end when I submit a ticket for help and I've grown to really trust his expertise!
