I'm fully satisfied with the support provided. The team was responsive and helpful throughout. However, I haven’t received any sales even after running ads for 7 days.

I've used this app on two different stores. My first store did 12k in sales, and this new store I'm working on has just started. I struggled on the previous store and wasn't sure what i was doing but never thought to contact support. Spoke to Milenni from support this time around and she was super supportive. Gave me some suggestions i never thought of and I'm excited to see the improvements!

Got helped by Ouissal to setup the ads campain. was really easy to do. i set it up for most part myself without knowledge. just by watching the easy instruction video's afterwards Ouissal helped me to check if it was setup correctly. there where a few things i had to change in my meta bussines manager. was easy to do and everything works. now lets see what the results are in a few weeks.

I was wrongly billed on my account and I spoke to Millene who was so helpful and wonderful, and my account was refunded within 24 hrs . It was a pleasant experience with easy Ads, thanks Mille !

super easy set up , took me barely 10 mins . had a lil hiccup initially but Ouissal helped me out . this is so hassle free - instead of going 1 ad per day .

I've had to contact their support a few times to get everything setup the way I wanted and get the license applied. Overall, support has been very helpful, even with the time difference. I'm able to leave a message after hours when needed. I appreciate the ease of use and I've already experienced positive results (sales!). I can't wait to see how this will help over time.
