Hello, I did not use your application last time except for 24 hours and then I deleted it. Why was the amount of $19.95 charged on the previous bill? Knowing that you have a trial period? I want a refund please, I had to download the application again to be able to talk to you, yet there is no customer service unless you subscribe to a paid plan, and this is not good. You already have a problem in the first place; an individual cannot permanently log out of any old company's accounts they used to work for. This means that you are unprofessional, and this issue causes problems for many brands that change their course due to technical problems, just like what happened to me.

Billing: All app charges are handled directly by Shopify. Unfortunately, we don’t have access to your payment details or the ability to charge you ourselves.
Free Trial: The free trial is available only the first time the app is installed. If the app is installed again later, the trial does not reset, and a paid subscription begins automatically.
Support: You never need to reinstall the app to reach us; we’re always available for free via live chat on our website or at support@easyadsapp.com

I was surprised to see some negative reviews because my personal experience has been nothing but positive. If you are looking for a reliable tool with a team that truly cares about its users, I highly recommend this app. It is a must-have for every serious merchant!"
I had a very poor experience with EasyAds. The app had persistent errors and was not usable at all. Despite this, I was still charged, and even after uninstalling the app, billing issues remained. I tried contacting the developer via live chat, but received no response. Very disappointing support and lack of accountability. I do not recommend this app.
