I've had to contact their support a few times to get everything setup the way I wanted and get the license applied. Overall, support has been very helpful, even with the time difference. I'm able to leave a message after hours when needed. I appreciate the ease of use and I've already experienced positive results (sales!). I can't wait to see how this will help over time. I highly recommend getting the plan for up to 10 funnels.

Hello, I started my ads today with Easy Ads and I try to did things by my self but got stuck in between. Then I contacted the support team and after some time Miss Mill reached out to me and solved my problem. It was my best experience with chat support ever... They are generously willing to help us. Ouissal has been extremely helpful; she took the time to have a call with me, which was appreciated. We are optimistic about the performance of the ads and hope to achieve success with easy ads.

I installed the app, the support is so slow that even after 24 hours there was an error where I was not able to publish my campaign but I got no help or replies from them. now I am getting charged even when I didn't use the app as it didn't work. awaiting my refund. I request the developer to please improve service and refund any amount of clients such as us.

Customer service is amazing you csn chat with them anytime and they can help you. We havent got much sales yet but they keep making changes so we can achieve goals. Will update the reviews once stsrt getting consistent sales as well.
