great customer service. They literally reply straight away at any time of the day. Not sure how the ads run yet, as I am only day 1 but I am sure that if something goes wrong it will be fixed promptly because as state the customer service team are so helpful. If you don't know how to run ads, AI is a much better option that doing it yourself regardless! I am very impressed so far.
I had an issue placing the right image to my funnel, I reached out the customer support where I spoke to Ouissal, she was very polite and gave me an answer in seconds....my problem was solved by her and my campaign was up and running. I hope the first sale is coming soon. power Pong Europe

well, In my opinion having a good customer service is the best thing you can provide for your customers and this is what I received from easy ads and more than this I received many values that saved me many many hours of work using Facebook data analyzing everything working on my customer data and all these things together at all together and to target them again and easy ads did that in just just some clicks and that's great!
Customer support is top notch, Ouissal was amazing, she helped me adjust the targeting to get better ROAS, provided feedback on the creatives as well. The app is very easy to use and to get running. Takes like 15 minutes to setup and you'll already have Retargeting ads running for all products, whereas that would take significantly longer to setup manually.
