At first I gave this app a 4/5, with a mindset to make it 5/5 in a week or two after the campaign learns fully its targeting. Most out of this review was because of a great customer support. But it actually got to a 2/5 now. I was really satisfied with my first campaign with this app. I taught that its targeting was really good, and had a 3x more revenue than cost spend. But after that it all became really bad. The customer support became worst by not offering almost any help, with copy paste texts, and accusing me of changing the settings in my Facebook ads manager (I actually didnt even know how I can even access that ads manager. After they advised me to delete the campaign and start a new one, I did exactly that) The new campaign did okay at the start, but then started getting no revenue again pretty fast. To shorten the story, I got no help from customer support, other than "changing product pictures and ad text, because it is "not showing benefits of the product", I dont know then how it was performing so well in the first place with the similiar text and same pictures. I listened to their advice, and it actually got even worst, resulting with now revenue from the ads, and increasing the cost per click from 0.22 to 0.34... I have a very good product in my opinion and this should be a piece of cake to sell (as it was in the first campaign). Would recommend 3 months ago, but now after 3 months I would recommend you to stay away from this app and try something different, or maybe try to find a freelancer or agency which will personally work with you.
The app creates a most simple and naive Facebook campaign which obviously doesn't perform well. It spent $247 without making any sales, while a campaign I created manually has about $20 CPS.
No sale but got spam.just save your money.

Very basic ad tools. You have literally no control over most aspects. The funnel, well, doesn't work, because you only spend money at the top of the funnel. After 2 weeks and many carts abandoned, this app didn't give a single impression to winning and potential customers back in the funnel. All my budget went at the top (which is the least captive audience). Wasted money.
I had deleted the app but still money was deducted.

Shopify handles billing for all Shopify apps, including Easy Ads for Facebook Ads. We do not have any access whatsoever to your payment information or the ability to charge you.

Easy to make ads and integrate with your products. However, I got zero conversions in one month. I would get at least 2-3 per week with my own ads. Their audit told me to narrow my audience. So I did, and then my ads weren't shown for an entire week. The app doesn't even notify you. I asked why and they told me I needed to broaden my audience. The audit didn't mention my ad copy, then they told me "of course" the ad copy would be mistaken for spam. Not helpful and the tone they use is not friendly. Not recommended.

Kindly share with us the results of the previous ads that worked better. From what we can see, these ads were optimized for traffic and clicks, but never conversions, which explains why you'd consider getting so much traffic as "working".
Easy Ads optimizes for sales, meaning, it tries to only get those who are most likely to purchase. With a low budget such as the one you set, this can take way longer, especially if you optimize for such a big audience.
We recommend getting in touch with support to learn more about which metrics are important for you and how to analyze your success.
