I decided to try Easy Ads on my store during the trial period and made sure to cancel my subscription before the trial ended. However, to my surprise, I received a bill today that included a charge of $29. Upon checking the app records, I noticed that my subscription was still marked as active for another 15 days, yet the app was prompting me to start a free trial again, which was quite confusing ...
I've had to contact their support a few times to get everything setup the way I wanted and get the license applied. Overall, support has been very helpful, even with the time difference.
