Overpriced and unreliable
We have been using Easyship for a while now and honestly the price does not match the product at all. For what you pay you would expect a rock-solid system, but instead you get random bugs popping up regularly that take forever to get fixed by their support team.
Product data syncing from Shopify is unreliable, HS codes for example simply don't sync, which is a critical issue if you ship internationally. Editing any labels is painfully slow, and the whole system feels sluggish in general.
If you only ship to one country and have simple shipping rules, it might work fine for you. But if you ship internationally and have a more complex setup with different duties and taxes for different countries, I really would not recommend it.
We ship around 300-400 orders a month, so spending time manually fixing labels and troubleshooting bugs is simply not an option for us. At this volume you need a system you can trust, and unfortunately Easyship is not that.
Easyship has become my go-to for Shopify fulfillment. I’ve worked with them across two different companies, and they’ve been a great partner through everything from a complex crowdfunding campaign to ongoing US fulfillment and container imports.
With the first company, they helped us fulfill a fairly complicated crowdfunding campaign out of Hong Kong before we moved to their US distribution center. With the second, we’ve used their US distribution operations and had them handle container imports from China. Having that range of support has been a huge benefit.
The Shopify integration has been excellent, and communication has been a real standout. A special shout-out to Conor, who has been responsive, helpful, and great to work with. Having a dedicated person who knows your account makes a big difference.
I also appreciate the different ways to get help: in-app AI chat, live support chat, and a dedicated account manager. There’s always someone to turn to when a question comes up.
Their pricing and access to different shipping options are better than most other fulfillment programs I’ve seen. After working with Easyship across two businesses and some fairly complex logistics, I’m happy to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable Shopify fulfillment partner.
I really enjoy using Easyship because of the number of features and options it offers compared with other shipping platforms I’ve used. The platform is easy to navigate, especially if you’re already familiar with shipping, and I love having the ability to do things that aren’t always possible elsewhere, such as combining orders and having more flexibility with how shipments are managed.
My experiences with support have varied, but I recently had an urgent issue and one representative truly went above and beyond to help me. They responded quickly, understood the urgency of the situation, and made a real effort to get it resolved, which I really appreciated.
Overall, the features and flexibility of Easyship are what really stand out to me, and having such a positive experience with this particular representative made an important difference as well.
