UPDATE : 1 star cause 0 isn't an option
I've spent over €2000 on this platform in the last two weeks, only to be met with shockingly poor service. The shipping company completely messed up my address, and instead of taking responsibility, they claimed they "tried" to contact me—when in reality, no such attempt was made.

When I reached out for help, the response was dismissive and unhelpful. My claim was not taken seriously, and it seems that they are more interested in deflecting blame than resolving issues.

This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I expected much better from a platform of this caliber. Until they improve their customer service and accountability, I cannot recommend this app to anyone.

I have been using the app for over a year now. At first I left a 5 star review but I deleted it. The prices suddendly increased (apparently they made a mistake when caculating them). Customer support declined. I've had an issue for a year now and still not able to help me with it. Always the same questions that lead to nowhere and particularly to no refund.
It's a good app, still recommend, but I will change the minute I find better for sure.

I am a shopify partner that has helped launch 2 stores on shopify, when I first learned that I would need to help provide shipping solutions it was a little overwhelming. However after doing some research on the app store and on the web I came across XPS. I know it is a different app than easyship but their system was way more complicated and importing and exporting was a multi-step process thru both shopify and xps platforms, Once I found easyship shipping has gotten a whole lot simpler for my clients, It is easy to teach them to use the app and how to print labels and choose the right shipping currier and option for their needs. It also integrates nicely with the shopify platform and allows users to set box dimentions based on the product that the customer chooses so that when they get to check out the shipping is calculated and shown to the customers before they pay, once everything is set correctly in the easyship platform the rates are very accurate as to what the store owners pay for shipping on their end, It also offers the option to have the customer pay for shipping upon arrival instead of pre-paying which could come in handy for smaller businesses that cannot really handle forking out the money to ship products before they are paid for the sale thru shopify. All in all I would highly recommend this app if people are in the need for multiple shipping options to offer their customers.

Easyship is a very simple, turnkey solution for international shipping. Allowing my customers to know their shipping and duty, and automatic printing of customs forms has been a real timesaver and has helped make international customers more viable. 5/5 Would integrate into shopify again. Their customer success group is proactive and helped make a change to shipping labels to match my printer. Great service.

Even though the operations interface needs time to study at the very beginning, the setup can be completed in reasonable time. It's handy as there's no need to re-input information like logo but addresses.

A fantastic team to make the logistic processes streamlined. Make the selection choices of courier services more versatile and effective. Improve efficiency in shipping to various locations around the globe !

Really wanted to like this app. Was an early adopter but customer service can be so frustrating. Took way too long to hear back from them. Had an issue where Media Mail became a shipping option (their backend issue) and I lost money on shipping. Took customer service too long to address this. And was never offered a refund. Was supposed to have Chat as an option based on my plan but didn't show up whenever I tried to contact them. Clearly I was not a priority.

First of all, in regards to the Media Mail matter, there was a technical issue that resulted in the issues you've described, but this was quickly highlighted and refunds were issued to all of those who were affected.

Easyship guided me throughout the whole process of using the app, so we received a lot of support and help from them which helped us a lot.

It's reduced any need for manual processes and I really like that it updates the Shopify platform with all the tracking information and status'. This way it's all up to date in real time, user-friendly to start-up company!

A functional and handy app to have on your site to solve your delivery needs, might just require some fine tuning on the backend regarding the ease of usage. Overall still a great app, plus as it is free of charge there really isnt much more to complain about!

DO NOT USE THIS APP, I MOVE TO FRANCE I ASK THEM TO REFUND MY CREDIT OF 100 DOLLARD, BECAUSE THEY DONT WORK IN EUROPE, SO THEY CLOSE MY ACCOUNT AND DID EVEN TELL ME AND NEVER REFUND MY CREDIT, THE CREDIT THERE I PUT WAS FOR SHIPPING TO MY CLIENTS, I HAVE MORE THEN 300 CLIENTS THERE I CAN NOT HAVE HAVE HISTORIC OF SHIPPING FOR PAYE MY TAXE AND LOOSE A LOT OF CUSTOMERS, HOW DEAR THEY CLOSE MY ACCOUNT LIKE .SHOPIFY SHUD TAKE OUT THAT SERVICE IMMEDIATELY, ITS NOT LEGAL WHAT THEY DID, DO NOT USE THAT APP, THEY NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL
