Easyship ‑ All in One Shipping

As a user experience there is many way this can be improved such as the user experience and the billing layout.

The charges are way high which makes us rather find our own courier than keep creating shipping labels here, especially there is so many hidden charges that keep occurring makes us do not want to keep using Easyship and may opt to use a different platform.

Customer service is very bad which most of the time that can't solve any enquire and they say they get back to you which they don't which can be disappointed as i have to go back on the live chat to chase for an answer and also you should implement as call centre too rather just and online CS which doesn't help much.

Overall experience is bad and not ideal as many improvement is needed in many areas.

As a small business trying to expand globally, Easyship has been amazing at making international shipping headache-free. The personalised support we have gotten our account manager Krish has really simplified and enhanced our experience. We will definitely continue to use Easyship's services for years to come!

Easyship has allowed us to take control of our shipping with an easy to use interface. We can now offer shipping options to our customers based on cost and time and overall our delivery times have improved significantly. Customer service is also amazing. We've been using EasyShip for a couple of months. Worldwide shipping is complicated, and they made it easy for us. Application is great for handling daily sales and fulfilling batch orders (i.e., Kickstarter campaigns). It has multiple functionalities we can't live without. To name a few:
* Seamless, one-click integration with Shopify (you can add many stores)
* Shipping at Checkout (your customer can choose a courier, and the shipping cost is accurate). It works worldwide!
* Insurance
* Shipping rules (a great tool to automate shipping scenarios for different locations or box sizes)
* Product listing * Simple import from file (excellent for batch orders - you can import any CSV file, and EasyShip support many e-commerce platforms * Customizable notification emails to customers In addition, EasyShip provides excellent customer and technical support (helps with couriers, customers, and the application). We highly recommend this application and other EasyShip services.

As a brand that has been used to using Amazon FBA, the thought of handling international shipping from our Shopify store was admittedly daunting. Easyship has made the transition straight forward. We have connected with their partnered 3PLs in Hong Kong and the US who have also been great to work with. Being able to sync orders from Shopify to our 3PLs via Easyship has saved a lot of time. Especially since we don't have to prepare any shipping documents. The onboarding process and customer support has also been great so far.

User friendly and their customer services is really nice!
