Tricky to setup yourself - the support team are helpful, so got there in the end. Probably needs to be a bit more straight forward as I couldn't easily setup my preferred shipping for international packages.

This app does not work. And support is non-existent. There was no screen to link an eBay account and no way to go back to previous steps. It makes you select products to import even if there are no products to import and then errors out when it can't find the products that don't exist.

This app takes a little bit of effort but once you understand the flow you gonna find it the most suitable app for listing your products on eBay and I believe any software you start with requires your time for knowing all its features.

The best is the help desk of any platform hands down. Lightning-fast with Tech support and chat support. Help is only a click away. Don't have to wait for days for support. Sometimes on chat, they contact you and ask is there anything they can help you with. that's crazy to even think that CedCommerce support is the best and the best platform. Just being honest.

I switched from the free Ebay app to this one, but needed help in doing so. They provided excellent customer support. I had several questions before and they walked me through every one of them. I expect nothing less from this company, as I also use their Etsy app.

Good for switching from Shopify Ebay in built app. Seemed to be seamless.

Haven't had a chance to go in depth yet, but for just continuing things as they were seems fine.

App does not synch with shopify, i kept selling items on my shopify store that would not be removed from ebay. i then contacted customer support many times and despite spending many hours on live chat the problem was never resolved. this has cost me quite a lot of money over the last few months and i will be looking for a more reliable piece of software, dissapointed.
