Update - Support has seemingly fixed the situation, but only time will tell for sure.

Having used this for at least a year now, I can say that this app is not great.

The UI is very clunky; lack of filtering options.

Doesn't sync eBay/Shopify quantity properly, so I frequently end up over selling or not having the order from eBay brought over to Shopify becasue Shopify is out ...

I used this app to transfer all my products from shopify to ebay to get a wider range of traffic. The chat support was helpful but a bit slow to respond and very persistent about me leaving a review which was uncomfortable. Excellent support from the team, but lots of nuances to getting it right.
Start from scratch and delete all existing products from eBay first, and start fresh.
Be prepared that setting up the integration will take a few weeks.

I've revised my original review, since they do offer good customer service via livechat.

Whilst it is now working, it's fairly complicated to use, and I'm not entirely sure how reliable it will be, since it previously disconnected from eBay and ended my listings. However, for now it's working again, and so I feel it's only right to improve my original review up to 4 stars.

Overall, pretty good app. I give it 4 stars because there is quite a bit of a learning curve to the app and the setup information/FAQ lacks a lot of detail on how things actually work. The inventory sync feature has yet to work for me but hopefully, that issue will be fixed soon as I have been working with support to correct this problem. The app is not super intuitive but the customer service team is very helpful in solving set up problems and answering questions. After the learning curve I expect it will be fairly easy.
