Fantasic customer service during my intial setup of the applicaiton got it up and running in no time!
Sometimes you don't expect much from online chat, but this far exceeded my expecations and I had a super friendly agent who stepped me through everything. Within 15 minutes I was all fixed!

Be Very careful using this app. It seems that it can create "risky behaviour" on eBay and have your account suspended
