CedCommerce reached out to me to see if I needed assistance with setting up - the support person was extremely helpful with walking me through setting up the products, profiles, and syncing. Superb app which effortlessly uploads product at the press of a button.
Set up is initially slightly fiddly but once its in place then it doesn't need touching
I had to contact Customer Services a couple of times and they were superb and offered lot of help and guidance in setting up the app

So far it's been really good! The customer service has definitely been amazing and the staff have been very helpful. I haven't used it too much and only just started uploading stuff onto eBay but so far so good.
