We had set up separate cron & webhooks for your account & did every custom work possible free of cost. You were in talks with a different app for the past 1 month which caused conflicts but we weren't aware of it. Everything worked fine for the past 1.5 years.

Horribly designed app that is unnecessarily complicated. Nothing ever stays working.
It's a constant cycle of fixing something, it works for a week then doesn't again.
Items sync inventory sometimes, but not consistently. Always overselling items.
The profile system for the items is ridiculous and time consuming. No way to edit ebay expected fields in app. Constantly not finding profiles for products.
This is definitely the worst, most time consuming app for ebay integration.
They also bait and switched everyone. Used to have a free plan with 50 product uploads and 10 orders per month. Then they changed it so it's 50 products and 10 orders for a lifetime, after that you have to pay their ridiculous pricing to keep using.
The truth is that the application is a damn pain, it is slow and complicated to configure and assistance in the online chat are also very slow and I have hours waiting to solve things, I have more than 24 hours of work in several days with this and I still have not managed to leave it running, also assistance in Spanish only have it in the online chat and the interface is only in English.
For the moment I can only put one star and it seems too much considering that all the comings and goings of bad synchronized products are costing me money of publication on ebay.
also in the free version which in reality is not a free version, but it is only a few credits that are not updated per month, so as soon as there are 10 sales on ebay and you have to move to a paid plan.
Was a good product, ever since an update, now the size and colour item specifics and other ebay attributes no longer sync, therefore you have to now manually add those in, which defeats the purpose of having and paying for this, also, you cannot even manually add these because you have to do it direct through ebay and because the listings are published through ced commerce, it wont allow you to. Still waiting to hear back from the team after contacting weeks ago about this issue, now on my 4th attempt to talk to them to get them to help. no luck as of yet

I cancelled my yearly subscription with the majority of months left and have yet to receive a refund. My advice is do not opt for the yearly subscription.

Worst app to connect with your eBay shop. Had this app for one year and many problems with it. It had always issues while synchronizing the inventory which caused the problem that I sold items on ebay which weren't available anymore.
Also this app is not able to upload products from your shopify shop to ebay, you always have to put the products on eBay by yourself and then connect them to the products in your shopify shop.
The app is also very expensive.
They couldn't refund my money after I deleted the app now I have to pay 199USD for a year we're I will not use this app.
2 weeks ago I found the app "eBay Integration & Sync - DPL" which is much more user friendly and also has the option to upload directly for shopify. It's much cheaper and is constantly being upgraded.
AFTER ONE YEAR WITH ALL THE CED COMMERCE APPS- it took over a month working with this people to get the apps to run properly, since then i must say as SHOPIFY EXPERTS, there has not been a single week where we need to contact support to fix something, we are moving out of this apps, if you dont have time left to waste following up every little thing keep away from this company or any of their apps, we BIULD STORES FOR CUSTOMERS and somehow every time we have an issue the app is always perfect and it is always us the ones we don't know, the apps simply does not work as intended, the sync process is really bad, automation, don't work so you have to do everything manually, i don't see the point to spend literary thousands of dollars with this company.BEWARE!!!
Started pretty good. Ended very poorly. Had to scrap all the effort invested and use the leading competitor's service, which is where I should've started to begin with. I hope these guys can get it together.

I don't know how in the world this app has such a favorable rating, it was absolutely horrible to use. I used this app over a year ago and it was so much better then. Whatever updated were made to it have made it worse to use. It's a very clunky app, half od the links don't even work and when you finally do manage to get a product uploaded to your eBay store it causes errors to your store. Worst app I have ever used!
Kassieren immer weiter die Gebühre, obwohl die App bereits gekündigt und über Shopify deinstalliert ist. Emails werden nicht mehr beantwortet !
